My research investigates the formation of superheavy nuclei in heavy-ion collisions and the fundamental limits of nuclear stability. Through numerical simulation, uncertainty quantification and scientific computing, I build predictive models for experiments searching for new elements and exploring the limits of the periodic table.
Alongside nuclear physics, I develop research software and data-driven modelling methods, including machine learning, for physical problems.
